Rebecca Pink is based in London, UK after traveling the European continent for a few years - a member of both American and British Equity, she is represented by Robot Fish for commercial projects. She holds a Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre Performance mostly working in Chicago, IL, USA after graduating.
Rebecca has experience performing in both musicals and straight plays as well as theatre requiring audience participation and fast-paced multirole shows, all in varied settings including proscenium, 3/4 thrust, in the round, black box and storefront theatres, arena venues, and street theatre. She has acquired stage experience as an internal and external understudy, performing stage combat and flying, performing in full body and “mascot” costuming and in large costume pieces, and has needed to acquire new skills quickly such as magic, pogoing, and puppetry. She also has stage experience performing many styles of dance and in concert dance pieces.
Apart from the stage, Rebecca is also at home in the pit having performed pit vocals and in the studio having recorded studio vocals, voiceover, and filmed a television commercial. She has also participated in promotional appearances in both live and studio settings.
Just as on stage, Rebecca loves a challenge and is always learning something new: the French language, playing musical instruments (basic cello and guitar), basic aerial silks skills, basic martial arts (kung fu, jiu jitsu), training for triathlon, and reading.
